Our laboratory offers a variety of high-throughput services to customers at Washington University and elsewhere.
We can provide targeted resequencing of a genomic region to look for SNPs and assist case-versus control studies. We use a 3700 ABI Sequencer and our own reagents.
Our high-throughput SNP genotyping pipeline offers flexibility and a quick turnaround. We design primers in-house and can help you select which SNPs to genotype.
We offer informatics-based services such as assay design and haplotype analysis.
