Genotyping the Actin Alpha-2 Gene

In this example, you're interested in the human actin alpha-2 gene. You would add that locus to the project by entering its LocusLink ID (59) and chromosome.

The chromosome and LocusLink ID will allow us to examine all SNPs in your region of interest.
