We offer straight fee-for-service genotyping, assay design, and bio-informatics assistance to investigators at Washington University
and elsewhere. However, we can also assist with SNP selection, data analysis, and grant/manuscript writing, so
bring us your collaborations!
The FP-TDI genotyping platform allows us to offer reasonably-priced genotyping of 1-1,000 SNPs in as few as 96 samples.
During Phase I of the HapMap Project, we generated over one million genotypes at a rate of 50,000 per week.
We provide assay design, SNP selection, data processing services to our genotyping customers.
We also offer contract informatics services at an hourly rate.
We no longer operate a DNA sequencer, but can help you identify target regions, design assays, and analyze the results of
targeted resequencing of genomic DNA.
